Once installed, this motor allows a bicycle to reach speeds of up to 55–60 km/h, making it suitable for commuting and longer rides. It is compatible with most bicycles that have fork diameters of 31 mm or less . The kit includes all necessary installation components; petrol must be supplied separately. This system converts a standard bicycle into a gasoline-powered bike.
The 100cc 2-stroke engine features a single-cylinder, air-cooled design that delivers 2.5 kW (3 HP) at 5000 RPM, with a maximum power output of 3.5 kW at the same speed, equivalent to approximately 6–6.5 HP. Top speed ranges from 55 to 60 km/h, depending on bicycle size, weight, and road conditions. The engine has a gear ratio of 16.4:1 and a compression ratio of 7:1, offering reliable performance and efficient operation.
Fuel consumption ranges from 2.5 to 3.5 liters per 100 kilometers, using unleaded 91 petrol mixed with 2-stroke oil. The oil capacity is 2 liters, and the engine uses a type 4144 spark plug. It features a manual dry clutch, natural air cooling, needle rollers at both ends of the connecting rod, an RS202 internal bearing, and a standard 415 chain. The low-noise, low-vibration design ensures a smooth and comfortable riding experience.
Additional components include a 2-liter teardrop-shaped gas tank, a magneto ignition system with a kill switch, a push clutch lever, and a brake lever that also functions as a gear changer. The complete package includes a 100cc 2-stroke engine, spark plug, chain cover, chrome muffler, chain idler, push clutch lever, standard bike chain, ignition assembly, high-quality main bearings, black gas tank, carburetor, magneto with kill switch on the throttle, sprocket, and twist throttle with cable.
